Grapes are supplied by local growers based in reknown Premiers Crus vineyards with the
Laroche technical team.

Whole bunches are collected in a pneumatic press, then 12 hours settling at 12 to 15°C in specially designed wide tanks to accelerate the natural settling process.
3 weeks of fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel tanks.

2009 is a vintage to remember with a generous sun throughout the vegetative cycle and ripening season which enabled early harvest in September. The contrast of sunny days and cool nights resulted in ripe grapes with good freshness and an excellent aromatic synthesis. 2009 is a fruity, complex, balanced and harmonious vintage to be either drunk now of kept aside for a while.
9 month ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and 10% aged in oak barrels..
Minimum filtration to preserve the maximum natural character of the wine.
