Vintage report

The 2013 vintage started with a biting cold winter and a mild spring that both made the vegetative cycle slower than usual, and reduced the yields naturally. The moderate weather during the following summer and the bright end of autumn allowed grapes to ripen fully under excellent healthy conditions. Finally, harvest took place under beautiful weather, 3 weeks later than usual. In these conditions, white grapes have nice and fresh acidity and red grapes are ripe but not heavy.

6 months in stainless steel tank to keep fresh and pungent fruit.

Food pairing

Enjoy it as an aperitif or with seafood, cray*sh, Japanese food and goat cheese.
